We offer evening and weekend appointments through our Extended Hours Hub service via FCMS 8-8 which can be booked through our three practices in our PCN.
Patients who are registered with Fleetwood Surgery, Mountview Practice or The Broadway Medical Centre have access to evening and weekend GP appointments.
You can book some of these appointments directly on this website.
Depending on your need you might see a doctor, nurse, health care assistant, clinical pharmacist, physician associate, counsellor or a physio.
